In 1986, Bryan Herther began his catering career as Catering by Bryan, Inc. He and his business partner Chuck Nelson have been contracted with the Columbian since 1998. Their food service staff consists of 15 employees.

As the exclusive caterer for the Columbian, Bryan's goal is to provide you and your guests a comfortable atmosphere, featuring quality prepared food, distinctively presented with a touch of class. His menu offers the most popular of entrees, each finely prepared and served buffet, family style, or sit down as follows:
Choice of Two Meat Entrees Mashed Potatoes and Gravy or another Complementary Starch Selection Choice of Two Hot Vegetable Selections Assorted Dinner Rolls and Butter Tossed Salad with Dressing Selection Fresh Cut Relish Trays with Dip A Variety of Salads Coffee and Milk and always, at least One Special Surprise
A sandwich buffet is available for luncheons, picnics, and smaller celebrations. For that non-traditional palate, Oriental or Italian cuisine is available.
Hors d'oeuvres and desserts are available with any selection.
